A nationally recognized advocate and award-winning executive, Stephanie Fox has more than two decades of leadership experience across government, nonprofit, and community sectors. She currently serves as a Director with Center for Victims, where her work has included advising U.S. Congressional leaders, shaping national policy in mental health and victim services, and building public–private partnerships to expand access and impact.

A survivor herself, Stephanie is especially dedicated to supporting victims and has led initiatives such as developing state-of-the-art safe shelters and expanding critical resources for survivors and their families. She also consults on human-centered leadership and trauma-informed care, equipping organizations to lead with both compassion and measurable results.

Deeply rooted in Pittsburgh, Stephanie treasures time with her four children and grandchildren. She values family traditions, neighborhood gatherings, and opportunities to support and encourage others. Whether celebrating milestones or enjoying the simple rhythms of daily life, she finds her greatest joy in creating spaces of connection, resilience, and belonging.
