Dawn Kearns

A performance consultant with Radcom Services, Dawn Kearns has dedicated her career to learning and development across corporate and collegiate settings. She earned a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University, where her work with New Student Orientation deepened her understanding of the risks new collegians face, especially related to sexual assault. Dawn later volunteered as a hotline worker—and subsequently a trainer—at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center.

A lifelong advocate for women’s health and safety, Dawn joined the Laura’s Light board to help advance the mission of supporting survivors and protecting the most vulnerable. Dawn lives in Cleveland with her husband and three rescue dogs. A former board member of Secondhand Mutts, she champions animal rescue and, in her spare time, enjoys live theater, reading, barre classes, and time with friends.
